It's just a short stroll to iconic spots like the blackpool tower and the beautiful stanley park, all within easy reach , made my weekend so enjoyable.

A lot of options, gorgeous food.

It made my trip to Blackpool a very nice experience. Loved the hotel, its fantastic location and my spotless room. Generally everything was perfect, nevertheless the bathroom was very small. Very amiable and LOVELY staff, who gave me awesome suggestions.

Consider asking for a room on a lower floor to avoid noise from neighboring guests, especially if you're a light sleeper.

We had a budget double room with a nice bed...

Warm and cute hosts made us feel at home.

Unfortunately, we experienced quite a bit of noise in our room due to the thin walls, hard to get a good night's sleep. On top of that, our room was a bit dusty on arrival, with some areas clearly needing a better clean. The location for parking was also quite inconvenient. Although there was a nearby car park, it would have been nice to have had options right outside the guest house.

Leecliff Guest House offered a wonderfully warm atmosphere with welcoming hosts who made our stay truly enjoyable. The breakfast was superb, featuring freshly cooked ingredients that set us up for the day. The cozy room allowed for a comfortable and quiet retreat after our daily adventures.

Room was a little small.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Rooms are cosy and have a kettle with tea and coffee.

The hotel had a cozy atmosphere, and the breakfast featured a decent variety of meat options, appreciated. Cleanliness was a major concern, with dirty bathroom facilities and stained sheets significantly detracting from the experience. The room was cramped, and the awkward layout made it challenging to move comfortably, especially when using the toilet. Noise from neighboring rooms also disrupted the quiet ambiance one would hope for.

Had a lovely stay with a cozy double room that had all the essentials. A nice kettle and refreshments. I really liked how there was a bar area to unwind and a simple breakfast that hit the spot. Only downside was the cleanliness could've been a bit better, but it didn’t take away from our good time! 😊

Everything about this lovely little hotel was great. Room was comfy, clean, and had lots of space for our stuff. Hosts were super cute and always had smiles on their faces. Breakfast was just amazing and they had plenty of seating available. The location was perfect, only a 10 min walk to blackpool tower!

The family room was clean, comfortable, and recently renovated. The breakfast was delicious, and having plenty of seating available was really nice. The hosts were cute. It's just a short walk to Blackpool Tower, perfect for our little ones.

Nothing to mention. It was a fantastic experience.
